Cold call simulation
We run a live cold call roleplay — candidate as BDR, agent as French decision-maker (skeptical, direct, time-pressured). We're evaluating: opening hook quality, objection handling, tonality under pressure, ability to pivot and secure the next step. Most candidates don't pass. The ones that do are worth your time.
Pipeline metrics review
We ask for 3 months of actual metrics: dials per day, connect rate, meeting conversion rate, show rate, pipeline generated. We cross-reference with manager references. Candidates who can't produce metrics — or whose metrics don't add up — don't advance.
Resilience conversation
We have a direct conversation about rejection: how they process a bad week, what their internal reset looks like, how they've bounced back from a dry pipeline period. This is the most predictive conversation for BDR longevity. We've been running it for 8 years.
Tool & sequence fluency
We assess fluency across the standard French outbound stack: Sales Navigator, Apollo or Kaspr for contact enrichment, Salesloft or Lemlist for sequencing, CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce. A BDR who can't articulate their sequence logic is a BDR who's been winging it.
